The Accushield Trainer will be responsible for 1) installing the Accushield Visitor Management System in senior living communities and 2) training staff to utilize the System. Installing the system does not require a technical background.
The ideal candidate will be a retired Executive Director or other senior-level manager with significant experience managing senior living communities. The candidate should meet the following criteria: - Strong background in senior living - Ability to work as a contractor - Flexible schedule - Training expertise - Sales experience - Passion for safety and security issues in senior living communities - Industry credibility resulting from a strong management track record - "People person" - makes a quick, positive connection when meeting new people
Additional Salary Information: Compensation will be paid based on number of installations completed and the quality of the installation
The Accushield Visitor Management System replaces the paper sign-in logs at the front of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and CCRC'S and in their place utilizes a touchscreen, badge printing Tablet to sign-in families and friends and confirm receipt of required credentials from third-party healthcare providers and other vendors working in senior living communities.
The Accush...ield system is customizable and can be used to verify that all third-party care providers and vendors have proof of a criminal background check, sufficient liability insurance, negative TB, proper training and other industry appropriate credentials before working with residents in a community. The system also provides visitor and vendor analytics that enable communities to have quick access to data that allow them to operate more efficiently and to better understand resident care profiles.
