Fairview Health Services is seeking a FamilyMedicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic River Falls . Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age and socioeconomics.

Practice Details:

• 13 provider primary care practice.
• Patient encounters average 20-22 patients per day.
• Full time is 32 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: approximately 1:6 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
• Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.

• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
