Sr. Health Services Research Analyst for the SE AETC
The Sr. Health Services Research Analyst at the Southeast AIDS Education and Training Center at VUMC conducts data analysis for quality management, needs assessment, and evaluation, and prepares data reports and presentations for regional activities. The SE AETC develops training, educational materials, and events to educate the HIV workforce across the 8-state Southeast region.
The Sr. Analyst is independently responsible for the execution of major components of qualitative and quantitative research projects in health services research, public health, epidemiology, medicine, health policy, or related disciplines; they work with partners in the Southeast to ensure data are complete, accurate, and reliable.
Work Shift/Location: The position will involve both in person and remote work; the in-person office is located at the 100 Oaks campus.
Provides program management for execution and operation activities of a large or complex project.
Oversees the design, coordination, and conduct of research projects.
Uses quantitative and qualitative research skills to lead different aspects of research projects
Develops annual deliverables for regional conferences, national reports, and standing meetings
Comfortable with building engaging narratives that are easily understood by a variety of readers
Collaborates with the developer to identify best ways to structure data management
Provides guidance for data usage with ad hoc report requests
