Pediatric Intensivist Opportunity in Phoenix

Pediatrix has an opportunity for a Pediatric Intensivist Attending at HonorHealth Shea Hospital.

• Full-time position with a base of fifteen 12-hour shifts per month
  • Coverage mostly 24-hour shifts with in-house call only (no home call).
• Our Pediatric Hospitalist group covers the adjacent 20-bed pediatric medical/surgical unit and newborn nursery units.
• Pediatric subspecialty support is available including our affiliated group of pediatric neonatologists.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to be involved in this growing practice.

It is bordered by Phoenix to the West, the Tonto National Forrest to the North, the McDowell Mountains to the East, and the Salt River to the South. • Responsibilities include providing medical and surgical pediatric critical care coverage in an 8-bed pediatric intensive care unit (no trauma, burn, heart surgery, or oncology).
