WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Specialty Physicians of Illinois is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our busy, well-established group at Chicago Heights Family Medicine located in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Provider would be joining two established physicians.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of Family Medicine experience with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Clinic hours:
Monday â“ Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. â“ 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, 7:00 a.m. â“ 6:30 p.m.
Friday, 7:00 a.m. â“ 2:30 p.m.
Provider schedule: Flexible 5 days per week; no weekends or holidays
No call expectation
Average inpatient volume: 20 â“ 25 patients per day
Onsite POC testing, Lab and EKG available in building
Telehealth offered Virtual visits are offered
